MERCHANDISE CONDITION: All merchandise is new
and in mint condition. . Pictures on this website are a representation
of the product offered, not a picture of the actual product being
shipped.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: We offer Secure
Socket Layer encryption for sensitive credit card information through
CCNOW.
CCNOW accepts Mastercard, Visa,
Discover and American Express. We also accept checks and money
orders. We do not ship COD.
SHIPPING/HANDLING: All U.S. orders are shipped
either USPS or UPS, depending on weight of package.
SALES TAX:
Because of our store location, we are required by law to collect 6.00%
sales tax on the merchandise total for shipments to PA if paid for by
check or money order. .
RETURNED CHECKS: Checks returned due to
insufficient funds will be subject to a $15 charge. Checks which have
been sent to collection will be subject to a $50 fee plus reasonable
attorney's fees in addition to the amount of the check.
BACK ORDERS: Most orders are shipped within
three to five business days. Unusually high demands may temporarily
deplete our stock. If this occurs, we will advise you when you can
expect delivery.
RETURNS: All sales are final-returns will be at Ethnic
Accessories' discretion. If approved, a 10% restocking fee will be
charged on orders cancelled before they are shipped and a 25% restocking
fee on orders returned after shipped. After an order has been shipped,
we cannot refund shipping charges or return postage.
SHIPPING DAMAGE: Report any damage or breakage of your
merchandise upon receipt to the carrier immediately. You MUST retain all
packaging material for the carrier's inspection. Before replacement
merchandise can be shipped to you, a damage claim must be filed with
USPS or UPS.

PRIVACY STATEMENT: Ethnic Accessories' recognizes
the sensitive nature of your personal account information. For your
protection, all credit card orders are processed using Secure
Socket Layer encryption
on CCNOW's secured website.
Ethnic Accessories and CCNOW will not distribute any information you
have supplied us on our sites to outside parties.
